An undersized unit runs continuously without reaching temperature. An oversized one short cycles, costs more to run and leaves the room damp. We work out the load from the room size, ceiling height, insulation, window orientation and how the space is used before any product is proposed.
The outdoor unit needs a solid, level spot with clearance for airflow, and the cable run has to be clean and compliant. Our technicians hold both the refrigerant licence and the electrical licence, so the whole job is done by us.
