Plans to our estimator
Email the plans and program to [email protected]. Our estimator, a mechanical engineer, runs the heat load and designs the system: capacity, zones, outlets, return air and the controller.

Fixed scope and price
A written scope and price against the plans, with options where they make sense. What we quote is what we install.
- 03
Rough in at frame stage
Ducts, drains, refrigerant pipe, power and controller cabling go in before the insulation and plaster, booked to your schedule.

Fit off after paint
Indoor and outdoor units, outlets, return grilles and the wall controller, with the electrical done by our own licensed electricians.

Commissioning and handover
Every zone tested and set up, and your client shown how to use it, so the home is ready on handover day.

A late subcontractor holds up the plasterer, the painter and the handover date. We book rough in and fit off against your program and work to it. If something on site is not ready for us, we tell your supervisor, rather than leaving a gap for someone else to find.
