The air con visit and the electrical visit. Each is due 12 months after your install, then every year after that.
Air conditioning service
Every system on your plan. Filters cleaned, coils, drain and fans checked, running temperatures and electrical connections tested.
Switchboard and safety switch test
Our licensed electrician inspects the switchboard and trip tests every safety switch (RCD). You get a written report.
Smoke alarm check
Every alarm tested. We note the type, whether they are interconnected and how old they are, and tell you if your home meets the Queensland rules.
Solar health check
An optional add-on for $12 a month: panels and mounting, DC and AC isolators, inverter fault log and generation, and switchboard solar labelling.

Both include the same two visits. Club Plus adds next business day breakdown attendance and bigger discounts.

Homeowners
Systems that run efficiently and last longer, breakdowns caught before summer, and one less thing to remember. The Comfort Club services the air con and has a licensed electrician test your safety switches, every year.
Landlords and property managers
One membership covers the air con, the switchboard and the smoke alarms, with a written record that the safety switches have been tested and work. Rental homes have needed interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms since 1 January 2022.
Selling soon
The Queensland sale contract asks whether an approved safety switch and compliant smoke alarms are installed. Our report gives you the answer in writing. Every Queensland home needs interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms by 1 January 2027.
Comfort Club terms.
- 12-month minimum, billed monthly by card.
- Billing starts on the day of your installation if you join with a new system, or on the day you sign up otherwise.
- If you join without a new installation, your first visits are never sooner than 2 months after you join. If your install anniversary falls inside those 2 months, the visits are due 2 months after you join instead, and the booking window moves with them.
- Two visits a year: an air con service on every system on your plan, and an electrical safety check (switchboard and safety switch test with a written report, and a smoke alarm check) by our licensed electrician. The solar health check is added to the electrical visit if you take it.
- We schedule each annual visit within a 3-month window around its due date (11 to 13 months after your install or last service), and reserve the right to choose the date within that window. We will give you notice and work with you on the day and time.
- Your price is locked for 12 months. All prices include GST.
- Leaving within the 12 months: the difference between the standard price of the services you have received and the fees you have paid is payable, if that is more than zero.
- Systems added part way through are charged from the next billing date.
- Repairs and faults found on a visit are quoted separately, with your member discount, and only done with your OK.
- Member discounts apply to the address on the plan, while the membership is active.
